The beauty about this method is that there is no need to rehash any stories through conversation. You simply begin and remain to how the event that occurred feels in the body, and we use specific techniques to begin releasing the trapped emotions for good.
This method can be done in person or virtually. Each session takes approximately 90 minutes. Ages 12+
